Cancellation & No show policy

Unfortunatly due to a number of no shows and last min cancellations we now have a policy in place.

-Under 24hrs 50% of treatment will be charged to nxt app

-No show 100% of missed treatment will be added to next bill

Chilidren 

Unfortunatly we are unable to have babies/chilidren or pushchairs in the salon as of Aug 2019. This is due to health and safety and the nature of the enviroment.
